Our Volunteers
The Beating Heart of Our Club
Our volunteers are the “beating heart of our club”. They are the spirit behind our mission, coming together from all walks of life to make a meaningful impact. Each of them brings unique experiences, skills, and perspectives, but they all share a common belief in our cause. With unwavering dedication, they generously give their time, energy, and passion to support our community and help us achieve our goals. Their commitment is a testament to the power of collective effort, and we are incredibly grateful for the profound difference they make every day.

Mom's Team
We empower moms to become confident, responsible, and resourceful parents.
Sunshine Club goes beyond childcare by fostering a supportive community for both children and their mothers. Through monthly activities such as skill-building workshops, we empower mothers to secure income sources. We also offer seminars on practical topics like parenting, social media use, mental health, and online safety, equipping moms with valuable tools to navigate everyday challenges. Additionally, catechism classes and pilgrimage events provide spiritual support, deepening their faith and helping them incorporate God’s grace into their parenting journey.
These activities promote personal growth, strengthen family harmony, and build lasting bonds among the “Sunshine Moms,” creating an environment where children can thrive and succeed in their future endeavors.

Sunshine Club’s monthly meetings are a beacon of joy for the kids
Every month, on a Saturday morning, Tita Nini, along with special guests and dedicated volunteers, come together to create a fun and engaging get-together for the children. It’s a day for new friendships, exciting skills development, and a chance to showcase their remarkable talents.
The morning kicks off with a heartfelt prayer and a warm welcome to the guests, followed by captivating storytelling with valuable lessons and morals that not only nurture the children’s characters but also enhance their reading and comprehension skills.
The exciting arts and crafts session is a time when crayons dance across paper and creativity takes flight. Kids create, construct, and express themselves through various art forms, allowing their imaginations to flourish.
Confidence takes center stage after the creative burst, with mini-games and lively dance and song performances by the kids themselves. These activities not only boost their self-esteem but also strengthen their valuable interpersonal skills. The meeting concludes with a heartfelt thank-you prayer, a group photo capturing all the happy faces, and the distribution of delicious snacks and drinks for the kids.
More than just a fun gathering, these Sunshine Club meetings represent the commitment to molding the children into the best versions of themselves. It’s a space where everyone – kids, guests, donors, and staff – come together, united in a mission to spread kindness and make the world a brighter place.
